Traveling exhibition

Täcklebo Embroidery Academy/Norrtrådar has embroidered red-listed animal and plant species. Through Norrbotten Museum, it has become an exhibition, which is now on display at Piteå City Library.

Täcklebo Broderiakademi aims to show the possibilities of embroidery as a means of artistic expression and to promote interest in free embroidery.

When they challenged their members to embroider red-listed species, the local group Norrtrådar in Luleå immediately adopted it. Through Norrbotten Museum, the embroideries became an exhibition. Now you can take part in it at Kristallen in Kiruna, and at the same time learn more about some of our red-listed species.
