The museum's premises for exhibitions, program activities, a café and a shop are located at Storgatan 2 in Luleå. The building is centrally located in Luleå, in Hermelinsparken.

The museum building is located in Hermelinsparken and has no guest parking. Street parking with a parking fee applies.
At Höstvägen 7 in the Björkskatan area in Luleå, Norrbotten Museum's operations for image archives, collections, archaeology, settlements, ethnology and photography are located.
Björkskatan also houses the museum's archives, library and research room, which together with the Norrbotten Association Archives make up the Norrbotten Archive Center.
You will find us in the same building as Björkskatan's Health Centre. Entrance through the main entrance.

Drive along Björkskataleden and turn onto Väderleden. At the second exit on the left, turn onto Höstvägen. Drive all the way to Björkskatans Health Center. Free visitor parking is available in front of and behind the building.
You do not need to pay admission to Norrbotten Museum and Norrbotten Archive Centre. It is free to take part in all our lectures and program activities.
There is free internet that you can connect to through the RN-Guest network. To connect to the network, you must enter your mobile number to receive a code to log in with. You must agree to the terms and conditions when you connect your device.
In the museum building in the center of Luleå there is a cozy café where you can buy coffee, tea or soft drinks as well as some delicious pastries or a tasty sandwich.
Right now the cafe is closed due to the museum building being renovated.
In the museum shop you can buy gifts and souvenirs that reflect Norrbotten's culture and traditions in various ways. There is also a large selection of books about and from Norrbotten.

In all our premises, there are toilets near the reception or cloakroom. There are toilets adapted for the disabled.
In all our premises there are changing rooms where you can hang up your outer clothes. There are also lockable lockers where you can lock your things.
At Norrbotten Museum in the center of Luleå there is a toilet with a changing table. Lockable stroller parking is available on the ground floor.
No animals except guide dogs are allowed at the Norrbotten Museum and Norrbotten Archives Center.
You may photograph and film in the museum's exhibitions unless it is for commercial purposes and unless otherwise specified.

There is a ramp with handrails outside our entrances. The ramps are not anti-slip and can therefore become slippery if it rains.

Outside our buildings there is grass and trees, including birches.
In the museum cafe, you can buy gluten-free and lactose-free coffee. The cafe is currently closed due to renovation of the museum building.
The museum's exhibitions have text in Swedish and English. In the event room where we arrange lectures, there is a hearing loop. In the café, you can plug in a portable hearing loop.

There is no audio guide or other portable equipment. There are no tactile signs.
