Course: Equal and effective meeting techniques

Why can working methods that are well-functioning and engaging at the same time prevent associations from achieving their goals? How do you protect associations from information overload? How can we work together in a focused and caring way?

Per Herngren sheds light on the inner lives of associations/activist networks and leads participants in practical exercises of different methods for more equal and effective meeting and democracy techniques. The course is aimed at active, elected representatives and employees in associations and also at those involved in looser activist networks.

The course begins with a lecture between 11.00:12.00-XNUMX:XNUMX which is open to everyone, without prior registration.

To participate in the practical exercises of the course, pre-registration is required (max. 8 participants). If the course is fully booked, a maximum of two participants per organization/network applies. The Norrbotten Association Archives offers participants in the practical exercises a lunch sandwich. About the course leader

Per Herngren has published fourteen books in four languages ​​and has trained in democracy methods, civil courage and conflict intervention in Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and in South and North America. He has been named Public Educator of the Year in Sweden, was awarded the Gothenburg Peace Prize 2022 and has been selected as one of the world's most experienced trainers in nonviolence by War Resisters International.
